1. Acceptance
By using NuxShare (https://nuxshare.com) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of the Service
NuxShare is a tool that lets users connect their own social media accounts and publish the content they create to those accounts, instantly or on a schedule. Supported platforms and features may change over time.
3. Account and Security
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials and API key confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may only connect social accounts you are authorized to manage.
4. Acceptable Use
You are responsible for the legality of the content you publish and for holding the necessary rights. Spam, misleading content, copyright infringement, or any use violating the rules of the connected platforms (Meta, X, Telegram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok) is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts in breach.
5. Plans and Limits
The service is offered with plan-based limits on the number of connected accounts and the number of posts. Default limits apply to users without a plan. Plan scopes and prices may change with prior notice.
6. Content Ownership
All content you upload and publish remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store the content and transmit it to the platforms you selected, solely to provide the service; this licence ends when you delete the content.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided 'as is'. NuxShare is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party platform API changes, outages or account restrictions, nor for indirect damages. If a scheduled post is rejected by the target platform, the error state is shown on the post card.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service in case of a breach of these terms.
9. Changes and Governing Law
These terms may be updated; material changes will be published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Contact: destek@nuxshare.com
